Cosymor was born from a simple frustration — why do products meant for rest cause so much discomfort? We set out to change that, one sleep at a time.
The beginning
A restless night that started everything
After years of waking up with a stiff neck and sore back — and cycling through pillows that were either too soft, too firm, or fell flat within weeks — we asked a question most brands had stopped asking: what does the body actually need during sleep?
The answer led us to memory foam technology designed specifically for Indian climates, Indian sleep patterns, and Indian body types. Not imported specs adjusted for local pricing — purpose-built comfort from the ground up, designed and dispatched from our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Genuine issues are resolved in 48 hours. We don't hide behind fine print — if we made a mistake, we fix it, no interrogation needed.

Before it ships — inspected by hand
Every Cosymor product is physically checked for foam integrity, stitching quality, and correct fill before being sealed and photographed with its shipping label. What you receive is exactly what we confirmed.
When it arrives — a comfort exchange if it's not right
Not quite the right loft or firmness? Exchange for a different Cosymor product within 7 days. Comfort is personal, and we respect that.
If something goes wrong — we own it
Wrong item or transit damage? Report within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we'll replace it free. A 1-year foam warranty covers manufacturing defects long after unboxing.
